Dr. Friederike Schüür is a Research Engineer at Cloudera where she focuses on data science and machine learning. Previously she was the head of Data Science and Machine Learning at Fast Forward Labs, acquired by Cloudera in 2017. She advises startup and large enterprise clients on integrating machine learning capabilities into the core of their organizations.

Additionally, she works on developing internal Data Science and Machine Learning products and technical advising. Friederike holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from University College London, a MSc in Cognitive Science and MA in Philosophy/Logic and Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen.
